How long will it take for my design to be printed?
- When you submit your order you will recieve an acknowledgement and a copy of the artwork we are printing. We will ask you
to check, sign and return the acknowledgement to us together with your payment. Typically your design will be printed within
10 - 15 working days. |

Can I change my design after I have returned my signed acknowledgement?
- Yes, you can change your design after you have returned your signed acknowledgement but you will be billed for any costs
we have already incurred. |

What format can I submit my design in?
- We currently accept gif, jpg, jpeg, png, ai, eps, psd or tiff files. If you are submitting a design with 2 or more colours then
submit your finished design as it would look along with a design for each colour used. |
